Shipping Process

Possible Delays

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email us at info@lumelto.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your parcel has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us promptly at info@lumelto.com, including clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a suitable replacement or send the correct item at no additional cost.
