Return Procedure & Window

If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns.

To initiate the return process, please email us at info@lumelto.com. Our customer service team will provide you with clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the return.

Before sending your items back, please make sure that:

  • The items are unused and unwashed
  • All original tags are attached
  • The items are returned in their original packaging

Once ready, carefully pack your items to avoid damage during transit and return them using a reliable courier service. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellations & Damaged Items

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lumelto.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your parcel has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us promptly at info@lumelto.com, including clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a suitable replacement or send the correct item at no additional cost.

Refunds, Restocking Fee & Exchanges

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the amount to reflect. All refunds are processed once the return is confirmed to meet our return requirements.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges
If you’d prefer to exchange an item, please email us at info@lumelto.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include details about the item you wish to exchange.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Complete with original tags
  • Returned in original packaging
