Return Procedure & Window
If something isn't quite right, you're welcome to return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we're unfortunately unable to accept returns.
To initiate the return process, please email us at info@lumelto.com. Our customer service team will provide you with clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the return.
Before sending your items back, please make sure that:
- The items are unused, unworn and unwashed
- All original tags are attached
- The items are returned in their original packaging
Once ready, carefully pack your items to avoid damage during transit and return them using a reliable courier service. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
CancellationsIf you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lumelto.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed, cancellation is no longer guaranteed. In such cases, you will need to wait for the delivery and then follow our return procedure, if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us promptly at info@lumelto.com, including clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a suitable replacement or send the correct item at no additional cost.
RefundsAfter receiving your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The amount will reflect within 7 days. All refunds are processed once the return is confirmed to meet our return requirements.
Restocking FeeWe do not charge any restocking fees.
ExchangesIf you'd prefer to exchange an item, please email us at info@lumelto.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include details about the item you wish to exchange.
Items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- All original tags are attached
- Returned in their original packaging
